Dear Mae and Ray,

I wanted to take a moment to formally thank you both for all you did with Buster/Baxter.

I firmly believe that if it were not for your experience, knowledge and diligent efforts, our little friend would not be in such a loving home right now. The transformation was absolutely unbelieveable and just goes to show that there are really "no bad dogs".

His reputations as a hellion has now been replaced with that of a gentleman, although often a little mischievous he is quite the lover and definately strives to please. From Carole's progress reports I can tell that our little man is doing quite well.

I have also noiticed the change in George as well. The consistency of using what you taught us in the training sessions has paid off in so many ways.

If you ever need a reference I would be more than happy to provide oen and I am sure that both Carole and Jennifer would as well. If you have business cards, please pass a few on to Carole for me. My cousin has a boxer in need of training and I am sure that I will run into someone that is looking for a trainer and I would love to be able to recommend you.

Thanks again for all you have done, I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!
